eliosix.com does not use cookies, and it does not build a profile of you. No tracking pixels, no local storage, no session storage, no fingerprinting, no cookie banner, because there is nothing here to consent to. Below is the complete, narrow list of what this site actually does.
eliosix.com sets none itself. Not for analytics, not for preferences, nothing written to or read from your browser by this site directly.
However, pages on this site embed music and video players from other platforms. Once you load or interact with one of those embeds, that platform may set its own cookies, according to its own cookie policy. This is their tracking, not ours, and this site has no access to it. If you'd rather avoid that entirely, don't play the embedded player; a link to the same track or video on the platform itself is usually available as an alternative.
There is no cookie banner, since any cookies here come from those third-party embeds rather than from this site.
This site uses Umami Cloud, a cookie-free analytics service, to see how many people visit and roughly how they found the site. Umami collects aggregate, anonymized data like page views, referring site, browser/device type, and approximate country without cookies and without any personal identifier, and it does not track you individually across visits or across other sites. Your IP address is used momentarily to derive a country and is not stored. Because this runs on Umami's cloud infrastructure, that anonymized data is processed by Umami as a third party; see Umami's privacy policy for how they handle it.
If you sign up for the newsletter, the email address you enter is sent directly to MailerLite, the third-party email service used to send new music, behind-the-scenes updates, and first access to everything Eliosix. MailerLite stores that address for as long as you remain subscribed, and uses it for no other purpose. This site does not separately store, log, or have any other copy of that address. Submitting the form sends your email straight to MailerLite via API. It doesn't set a cookie, and signing up doesn't depend on accepting one.
You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email, which removes your address from MailerLite's list. You can also request removal directly. See Contact, below. MailerLite's own handling of your data is governed by MailerLite's privacy policy.
This site embeds video and music players from other platforms so tracks and videos can be played without leaving the page. When you load or play one of these embeds, that platform may collect data about the interaction and set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy, not this one. This site has no visibility into that collection and receives nothing from it.
If a future version of this site adds a new embed, a cookie-dependent tool of its own, or a new third-party service, this page will be updated to reflect it.
